My Philosophy
"It is often easier to remain stuck in old behaviors and mind sets, even when they no longer serve us, even when they make us miserable. Like animals that won't leave their cages when the doors have been opened, we are more comfortable with what we know."
                                                                                          .-Elizabeth Lesser

I believe we all have the power to re-frame and re-organize the context whereby decisions are made, so that we become our own "choice architects" and can thereby make the best decisions easily and effortlessly. Sometimes focusing one's attention on the smallest of details or  making the most subtle of decisions can create the most significant changes in our lives. To be more empowered in our choices, to experience the fearlessness necessary for change and transformation, are skills that everyone knows how to do already. Let me assist you in  awakening  to your own capacities, to help you change what doesn't serve you, to change what is no longer beneficial. Lets fine-tune your belief system, helping you to take responsibility for  creating it, not just accepting what was inherited from early childhood experiences.

As a "neuroplastician" I embrace the current medical findings that verify the brain can change its own structure and function through thought and activity. The term "neuroplasticity" simply refers to the changeable and modifiable ability of the nerve cells of the brain and nervous system. It is important to recognize "as you think, so you are" or  saying it another way, "we don't see the world as it is, we see it as we are."

Self-inquiry allows you to surrender to a deeper presence, to be grounded and connected with an inner balance that, when felt and activated, provides a more vital  sense of soul, a more satisfying life.
Resiliency is a function of one's ability to tolerate change, encourage acceptance of what is, and to cultivate forgiveness towards self and others.
