    When a client books an appointment through your website, there are two possibilities as to how your professional fee may be paid. We charge the following transaction fees, dependent upon the type of booking:

    1) The appointment may be paid by credit card. If the appointment is to be held in person (at your brick and mortar office) or by telephone, then we charge a flat 3% for the credit card transaction. If the appointment is booked for an online meeting, then we charge a 10% transaction fee. The 10% fee includes the credit card transaction fee, bandwidth charges (much like a telephone call, there is a per-minute charge during the communications of an online appointment), customer care and technical support for you and your clients. Payments are remitted to you every two weeks, less our transaction fees.

    2) If the appointment is not paid for through your website (i.e. your client pays you in person, mails you payment or pays in any other fashion), then we charge a $.10 per minute fee. Per minute fees are billed to you monthly.
